The AOMOSUR X100 is a plug-and-play GPS dashboard display that works without OBD, CAN bus or a smartphone app. GPS + BeiDou positioning provides current speed, time, date, altitude and accumulated mileage on one clear display.
Set an initial mileage value based on the vehicle odometer, then let X100 add GPS-calculated distance while you drive. A built-in solar panel assists charging, while 5V USB provides reliable backup power.

1. Does X100 require an OBD-II connection?
No. X100 calculates driving information from GPS + BeiDou satellite positioning and does not connect to the vehicle ECU.
2. Does it require a smartphone app?
No. It has a dedicated display and works without Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, cellular service or a mobile app.
3. What information does X100 display?
It displays current speed, accumulated GPS mileage, time, date and altitude.
4. Can I enter the vehicle’s existing mileage?
Yes. Set an initial mileage value, and X100 will continue adding GPS-calculated distance as you drive.
5. Is X100 a legally certified odometer replacement?
No. It is an auxiliary GPS-based display and does not replace the vehicle’s legally certified factory odometer.
6. Can I switch between MPH and KM/H?
Yes. Select the preferred speed unit in the device settings.
7. Can it run only from solar power?
The solar panel assists charging and extends operating time, but output depends on sunlight. Use 5V USB charging when needed.
8. How long does the battery last?
The 1000mAh battery supports up to approximately 22 hours under suitable conditions. Brightness, alarms, temperature and signal use can affect runtime.
9. What happens in a tunnel or underground garage?
Satellite-based readings may pause when the signal is blocked and resume after X100 reacquires positioning in an open area.
10. Why is GPS speed different from the factory speedometer?
A small difference is normal because the two systems use different measurement methods. Tire size, factory calibration and reception conditions can affect readings.
11. Does X100 turn on automatically?
It supports vibration-based wake and automatic sleep behavior for convenient daily use.
12. Which vehicles can use X100?
